Only just getting round to writing a review but I cannot recommend this place enough and the fact its just charity based is absolutely incredible. I did 10 weeks of counselling with Amanda and wow what a wonderful lady she is. I cannot put into words how much she helped me in 10 short weeks. I will be forever greatful. Thank you so much counselling in the community :)

Having recently had bereavement counselling with another charity. I felt I needed more talk therapy. So, I was signposted to CitC. And well what can I say? From my initial assessment to my current ongoing counselling sessions. I cannot thank my Counsellor enough. With every session I feel better in myself. And better prepared for the long and winding road that is coping with bereavement and loss. Keep up the good work people. And hope that CitC goes from strength to strength.

As a student counsellor working there, they made me feel part of the family and took all of my needs into consideration as I am totally blind. Accessibility and disability was not a problem for them. There is always a pleasant and warm, welcome for all clients and staff.

I have just finished 12 weeks of counselling, and cannot thank CITC enough. From the initial assessment to the very end of my counselling, the care and compassion I received from the staff was brilliant. My Counsellor Lynda was a lovely lady, really easy to talk to, and a fantastic listener. I am now in a much better place, and feel much more able to deal with life. What a fantastic service CITC provide to the local community, keep up the great work
