They turned my father into a zombie and lied to us about his condition. He went in for rehabilitation after a fall but each time we saw him he had gone further down hill and was more vacant. The first time we saw him he told us they were ignoring his buzzer when he needed the toilet, the staff told us he was incontinent. The second time we saw him, he was like a dribbling zombie and couldn't talk to us at all. This was his birthday and staff didn't even help him open the cards and presents that we had to leave with them for him. This was during the pandemic, so we were not allowed in, we could only see him through the window. Shortly after that, he developed pneumonia and was moved to Blackpool Victoria, where he became as bright as a button again. Hospital staff also confirmed that he was not incontinent at all. When we collected his belongings, all his cards and presents were still unopened. If you love your relatives, avoid this place.

Excellent care for my Mum, which was very reassuring as we live four hours away & couldnt visit due to Covid regs.The care team initiated GP medication review(which meant Mum wasnt sleeping all day), ordered various aids to help Mum(airflow mattress, sack barrow etc), encouraged mobility, got Mum eating & drinking & cared for her in a professional caring manner. They have a mobile phone which enabled me to speak to Mum on a daily basis & when I asked Mum about her care she said they are really looking after me, Im happy here one hundred percent. So Thankyou to all the team for doing a great job, special thanks to Bev(senior carer)for the chats & reassuring me regarding Mum.x
