I have had 3 months of therapy sessions with Jayne and I am happy to say she has helped me in so many ways, I genuinely feel like a new person now. She is understanding and relatable and listens to everything I have to say and helps me make positive steps to better myself. She does not judge in any way and has made me laugh countless times when I needed it, which I really appreciate. She said herself "therapy doesn't have to be miserable" and she has made it a joy and I look forward to our sessions every week. I truly believe that the help Jayne has provided to me has changed the way I treat myself for the better and has changed my life and will continue to do so.

Jayne was so easy to talk to, and really made me feel comfortable opening up. She makes situations relatable and is very friendly. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone looking to talk to someone.

Jayne is a friendly down to earth wonderful counsellor who has helped me massively in just a short period of time. She helped me work through a handful of things I was really struggling with and without her help and the kind way she helped me realise what I could do with these problems I think Id still be stuck. So to anyone who is thinking about getting some help then look no further. Jayne is going to be my go to therapist from now on should I feel I need her again. So Thankyou for getting my life back on track again.

Jayne has provided counselling for a close relative over the last few weeks. The improvement in that person is amazing and continues to improve. I can not praise Jayne enough for all her help. I would not hesitate to recommend her for anyone who has problems.
