The Moorings Residential Care Home

Very uncaring attitude. The caring staff cannot be faulted but there do not appear to be enough of them. The managers are rude, & unhelpful. The accommodation on viewing is modern & enticing but the reality of the care is not what you would expect if you are looking for a caring environment we would not recommend this place for a loved one.

The Moorings Care Home is a delightful and vibrant care home. The staff, especially Clare, Sales and Relationship Manager are very polite, kind and professional. Clare listens to all the family concerns and has excellent financial knowledge and understanding. Her relationship skills are second to none. I am delighted with my relatives care and support (although I would like to keep his details confidential). I would recommend the care home to anyone who is in doubt and rest assured Clare will make you feel at ease. Well done to all the lovely staff for all they do to ensure all residents have the best care and support. The entertainment is always thoroughly enjoyed by the residents and the staff. The home is spotless and very classy.
