I can't fault them and would definitely use them again . Arrived on time fitted my stairs and landing carpet. The fitter did a lovely job would definitely recommend them can't thank them enough for a great job

Called into the store early December to ask for a whole house quote for our new build. We explained there was no rush for fitting but we would like a ball park figure so that we could fit it into our projected expenses. The in store service was excellent and the lady who served us was very knowledgeable and helpful. She took all our room measurements and said they would be in touch soon. Nothing came back from them. However, due to the approach of the festive season, we waited until the new year to call them. A man spoke to us, said they would get it done but another month has passed and still nothing. We can only assume they do not want our business!

Had an appointment with Darren to come round to measure up for new carpets between 5pm-6pm. Never turned up and wasn't notified unfortunately. I sent a message asking what had happened afterwards which was also ignored!
