        Went for my eye test. Eye test was as i expected due to having a few eye tests at this store. Opticians are excellent. Choose my frames ( Two pairs). When wearing my second pair i realised i could not get my phone close to my ear. Assistant said bring them back and we shall see if we can sort something out. I brought glasses back. I was served by a lovely young girl. I explained the situation. The young girl went and got the manageress. The manageress did not want to listen to what i wanted to say. She just kept saying in a very very loud voice. It is to late to do anything, you have passed the two weeks. I tried to explain i was asked to bring them in to see what could be done. She did not want to know. She was rude loud and embarrassed me in front of the whole floor. Everyone knew my business. She offered me to pick a pair of sunglasses. I did not need sunglasses. After a lot of loud talking, the manageress not listening yet again. I looked at the sun glasses. I was not being picky. There was nothing i liked. I was informed there were more glasses in the store room. The assistant said for me to have my ear test and she would ask the manageress if she could put them out for me to see. I came back from my ear test. The lovely little assistant who was embarrassed said she was not allowed to put any more out. So i paid 80 for distance sunglasses i did not want did not like and will never wear. All thanks to one woman who is a bully. I will not go back to be abused verbally, embarrassed and bullied into spending 80. Blackpool branch please take notice.

        My sister Debra came in on Monday for an eye test. It was her first time visiting this store and the service she received by Lesley and Hamza was first class.
