Hi, I ordered the - Swarovski Vittore Ring Gold Tone Plated Size 58 for my best friend as a birthday present to her address. She was a away on holiday and has just come back today. She just called me to tell me that she received an empty box, there is NO RING in the box. This is actually so embarrassing. I actually cant believe this has happened, never experienced anything like this. Theres a lot of scamming going on especially as we getting closer to Christmas but this is just next level. I shouldnt have to go through this stress of contacting and trying to resolve this matter as its not my fault. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS ASAP & resolve this matter. Please send out another ring to her as now itll be a late birthday present. Thanks to you guys and your poor service. Please see pictures attached my friend has sent me. So embarrassed!
