        Lovely staff, my granddaughter went in to buy a book and the sales lady was so helpful and showed her the box set that was on sale, that was a fantastic value for money. My granddaughter was very pleased. I dont know the ladys name but she served us on Sunday 27th mid-afternoon and she said she reads lots of books, so thank you from me and my granddaughter.

        As a wheelchair user I managed to knock over a pile of boxes, the assistant was apologetic that they were in the way while she restacked them. She then helped me find what I wanted and helped me avoid the boxes on the way out. Thank you

        Never had an issue with here until today. Having a very creative and crafty 11 year old, this is one of her go to places when we go to town, until today. Standing in the queue when a second assistant comes to help out on the till and serves someone with a smile asking 'did you find everything you want today' , 'can i interest you in this' and 'do you need a bag' etc, it comes to our turn and my daughter places her purchase on the counter in front of her and just gets a 'move along' not even looking us in the face the whole time, hopefully realising just how rude she had just been. Even my daughter who doesn't usually bother mentioned 'what a rude lady'. Obviously having a bad day and not treating young customers the same as everyone else.
