        House buying is a very challenging process. This process was made even harder by Royle, over 7 long months. I was very disappointed with my experience with Royle Estate Agents namely due to dishonesty, lack of transparency and ghosting. I wouldn't recommend them to family or friends who are looking to buy or sell.

First of all achieving a sale price 30k more than some other local estate agents were proposing then being incredibly compassionate, understanding and supportive at a time when I was in some personal crisis.
