This place is CORRUPT. I was a care manager but had to leave for work related stress. Luckily I got out in time. They get the whole staffing team to put in statements about you to sack you without evidence, if you stand up to them. About 7 previous managers have now come forward and the same has happened to them. They promise promotions and promise you the world for there benefit to manipulate you. Let's see what the current inspection says. This place needs closing they have no idea how to run a business and certainly don't follow acas codes of practice.

Had two lovely female carers kat & Tiffany brilliant service with both thanks girls on behalf of wayne thanks also for not jumping into bed with me I think I may need bromide or something off the doctor

No call to confirm times and car package when first took me on.Someone just turned up at the door. Emailed a few concerns. To which some things were explained. Like company policy. That's fine and fair. But my concerns over lack of cleaning and time it took. I was totally ignored. Was called Friday by a care giver not the office. That she wouldn't be available but be here Monday. Which I accepted, circumstance beyond control can occur. At least I was informed. Monday came. Waited in and nothing. No call. So I called the office to be told someone would call me back...nothing. So I emailed and still no response. My friend who is also a care worker, put on a local chat about my experience. To see if it was teething issues or if others had similar experience. As there was no communication. For the owner to come on and basically say what I had experienced wasn't true. Making out I was lying. To which I will not stand for. Saying how all calls and emails are logged. Well they are also logged on my phone. No one got back to me. No explanation and no apology. She was more worried about saving face than saying right it's been a rough week how can we fix this. Then had the cheek to withdraw care. I didn't want to continue with them anyway. To call a vulnerable person in need of care basically a liar is not on or good business. I'm able minded not stupid. I also worked in care before I became ill. The care I needed is probably a lot easier than most cases. Yet liberties were taken. Very rude and clearly need to rethink their attitude and people skills.

Absolutely appalling service don't get your calls turning up some carer's no training at all given a time slot for half hour only get 9 minutes don't get to know you as a person paying for a service you don't get management are no use what so every advice people who care about there family and relatives to look elsewhere
