        Huge thanks to the ladies who looked after me when another customer ran over my foot with her disability scooter. Nothing was too much trouble, ice pack very quickly applied, my details taken and a phone call later in the day from the branch manager to follow up and ensure I was OK. Always been a very friendly branch, looking after their elderly customers especially well. Thanks again!

        Cherish this branch. Far too many more - Santander and others - are closing. The team is lovely here. They bridge a gap left by the loss of so many other banks and building societies. Time the bean counters had a bit more compassion and vision given the demographics of the area.
