From the initial contact with Blackpool Boiler Installations the information and communication with this Company was first class. I met with Adam, he assessed the situation and after explaining the problem to me in simple terms, he advised a new boiler was needed and quotes would follow which arrived later the same day. We had a choice of the type of boilers available and the corresponding price options. Everything was set out in apple pie order via email and he also uses a bespoke messaging service with regular reminders of the installation dates etc which also contain helpful video links explaining the exact process. The work was completed within our requested time schedule and everything was 100% to our satisfaction. We have since used the Company for smaller plumbing jobs and received the same level of service. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Blackpool Boiler Installations. The standard of service, efficiency and professionalism of this company is second to none plus Adam is a thoroughly nice guy who goes above and beyond to deliver a fantastic service !!
