Never see a doctor I had to ask if any still worked they, lots of nurses but not what was asked for. If its a personal problem I don't like to discuss with the very rude receptionist.

Terrible place to visit, no longer family oriented, my doctors is dr Charles nothing will be the same again since they merged. Did this review 2 yrs ago, the surgery is even worse avoid at all costs.

Unprofessional Rude receptionist didnt book 2 problems so only got seen to with 1 problem have to reboot go back again for the 2nd problem then she refused to boook appointment as I didnt reveal my personal ailments again in a busy surgery for all to hear as Id already previously explained in the phone call I had 2 problems having to wait 2 weeks for a telephone call yet again to get a face to face appointment very unhelpful and dont listen even tho calls are recorded they need more people training very disappointed as its gone down hill Ive bene here 30 years now time to move on to better service s

I am thinking of changing now GP's. The doctors don't know their stuff. I had scans on my foot and knee which turned out to be advanced osteoarthritis but the doctor said to me it is a fracture on my foot and my knee wasn't so bad after I insited to have my scans done. They only referred me to because I said I would go anyway. When the scans came, they couldn't even read them. Fractures in my foot. What a lot of garbage!! I went to Whitegate Drive Medical Centre and saw a specialist who then transferred me to the Spire Hospital with a specialist. And he could not believe what the doctor said to me at Stonyhill. The receptionists are unfriendly and don't want to book you in within a week. I could not get a wound check after my operation. She said I should go to the Walk In centre...mind you I couldn't walk. I didn't go in the end anywhere and phoned the Spire. Did the wound Check over the phone cos Stonyhill is apparently so busy. When I came in last week, there were literally 2 people in the waiting room.but whenever you need an appointment, Nothing!!! This surgery has gone from bad to worse. You never even get to see the doctor anymore because the receptionists are all doctors... they decide if you can come in or not and when!! This is what we pay for. Comes out of our wages, and YOU have to tell them what is wrong with you! Well... I think I can be a doctor as well. Also, I have high blood pressure, and when I asked for medication, they said I didn't need any, but they asked me to check my blood pressure every day as it is "Worrying." I don't think I would have had an operation IF I really had that concerning blood pressure. They concentrate on the wrong problems patient have here. Get some educated people in there as it gets annoying speaking to a KNOW IT ALL receptionist.
