        Just the worst case of making up weight with fat I have ever come across in 24 years of home and professional cooking, across UK & Europe. The rolled pork I slow cooked for 3 hours then finished at 270 for crackling had such a huge line of fat left in the centre that it did not render: there was so much! Avoid this place since Sam left, but if you must buy here, do not buy vacuum packed produce as they are hiding their cowboy practices and ripping you off!

        Appalling attitude of owner. Ordered a large turkey and when I went to collect gave me a tiny bird. No apology just take it or leave it.. Thank god for Choice Meats.!!

        Bought a T bone steak that cost over 10 it was frozen, I said it didnt matter as I was going to put it in freezer. I opened it ready for Sunday tea. It was green, it went straight in the bin, so much for a treat for my husband.
