Glenn taught me weekly from secondary school to the end of my time at sixth form. I could not recommend him enough. It was only by moving away to university that I stopped having lessons with him. From the start of my first lesson, having not learned any basic rhythms to any great degree, Glenn was extremely patient and attentive, and quickly identified what I needed to improve (at that point, it was absolutely everything). This carried on through my time with him. He has a great eye for improving any drummers' playing, and his use of a second kit really helped my playing from my first lesson until my last. I really benefited as a drummer by seeing and hearing him play, as I have always struggled to read music, and much prefer to hear a drum track before playing it. He was always friendly, and always open to adapt his teaching to suit what I wanted to play. Above all, he's both a great drummer and teacher.
