Riverside Residential & Respite Care Home

I think that this care home is excellent! My mother was placed into Riverside by social services after the death of my father, who had been providing the care she needed because of her dementia. She lived at Riverside for nearly three years until her recent death in hospital. During her stay, I was really impressed by the professionalism of the staff in this home. Their communication was excellent, responding to all my inquiries quickly and effectively. The home is run by a family, rather than a corporation and I think that really shows in the commitment of the managers, and the staffs commitment to them. The home really knew and understood mum, and her care was so much better because of that. I cannot recommend this care home highly enough.
