Always Ear

Went to Always Ear for advice on my hearing, turned out my left ear was blocked with wax. The staff were extremely thorough and after 2 visits and some tenacity, the offending wax was finally removed. I couldnt believe the amount of stuff removed. Staff were very professional and treatment was painless. I have absolutely no qualms in recommending this service.

The service offered to my father, who at 92 was getting his first hearing aids, was outstanding. The audiologist was very understanding of my father's needs and gave him all the information and advice he needed in a very straight forward manner. A faultless service. Thank you!

I am the carer for my special needs brother in law. I took him to a doctor's appointment recently and the doctor confirmed professional wax removal was required. Always Ear was recommended by a friend so I phoned to book in. Lovely lady sorted the appointment and yesterday was the day. It was very easy to find on a main road and I was able to park just outside no problem. Inside is immaculately clean, bright and airy. We got a warm welcome at reception, very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and we didn't have to wait long at all before the audiologist came to introduce themselves (Abi). They explained the procedure and I was able to go into the clinical room with my brother in law. This was such a relief as he was apprehensive. Abi was absolutely lovely and put him at ease straight away and she was very kind and caring throughout the procedure. Done and dusted within a few minutes. Microsuction method. The results were very impressive. It's made such a big difference, thank you so much. Highly recommended.
