Well James you dont strive very hard - my elderly mother Mrs Fox ordered some very expensive curtains from you months ago, you took 50% deposit, then each time she chases she is told she will receive a cal back - which never happens. We will report your poor service to the L St A Express & Blackpool Gazette if you don't give her immediately a supply date that is within 2 weeks.
