Through what was quite a complex house sale, Phil helped to keep communication flowing between all parties which was key to keeping the sale alive. During the most difficult times Phil was almost there as a therapist for me and having previously dealt with Purple Bricks this was a service on another level of helpful. I would highly recommend.

Phil provides an excellent personal service from an agency providing coverage for the Flyde area. He responds to individual requests and provides quicker response than the larger and less efficient agencies. His marketing of the properties is first rate and he endeavours to satisfy both parties.

On first contact with Phil I was impressed with his approach. Within a day or two of appointing him an EPC was completed and a really outstanding set of photos produced. Viewings happened quickly. Phils attention to detail, unhurried viewings, thorough analysis of the buyers requirements and identification of where the house met those requirements was instrumental in getting me a quick sale (offer accepted after 10 days) at an excellent price. His style is completely different to most Estate Agents. His small portfolio means that he concentrates his attention on you rather than spreading it thinly and widely. He really pays attention to the buyer as well; reassuring them and helping them through the stressful process at every stage. I highly recommend talking to Phil if you are thinking of selling your house. He is not your conventional Estate Agent. And thats a good thing!
