Joe, the manager cum landlord, is awesome. He takes care of all minute details of the tenant. He is very cooperative and professional. It's very rare to find the land Lords like Joe, these days. If you are looking for properties around Lytham, look no further. New bury properties are the best and Joe is a star!!
