Royal Mail - Lytham St Annes Delivery Office

New opening hours noted! Went to collect a parcel as it was attempted to be delivered whilst I was at work! Parked over the road, nipped in and out! Took less than 5 mins! The member of staff behind the counter also dug out another item of recorded delivery for me whilst I was there so saved me a trip! Great service!

Nonsensical! I am in when postie calls every time, but keep getting cards instead of the parcels. Repeatedly going to collect from this office, so today upon questioning why this keeps happening was astounded. When asking if chap could buzz third bell from top, was told no. Apparently a neighbour does not like the ringing of bells, nor the knocking of the door? So could postie ring or text me when I have a delivery? Was told no, they could not? So, when asking how could I get my deliveries, chap said I had to move to another address? Seriously. And he was being serious. The Queen should have stripped the Royal, off the Royal mail title long ago.

Not very user friendly. Opening times are poor for workers and no place to wait whilst queueing so end up getting wet in the rain.

Parcel delivery driver didnt ring my bell or knock on my door anddidnt leave a card. I got a text saying they couldnt deliver and had left a card saying they had left parcel at an address which doesnt exist. I had to go to parcel office and speak to manager to get it sorted, when they came back with my parcel the delivery man lied to me about the mistake. This delivery service cant be trusted.

Our Mail is being delivered to other roads and having to be delivered to us Even though the delivery Address is clearly printed. We are receiving letters for other people and having to take it round to their homes. Can these people Read???
