Wouldnt use any other company. Have used this company for almost 20 years. Staff sre amazing and so helpful. Feel like ive had my own personal cruise advisor firstly with Charlotte, then Carol Ann and now Diane. Norhing is too much trouble and we have never had any real issues. Cant fault this company.

Always a pleasure to book with The Travel Village, they go out of their way to make sure everything is correct, and always on hand if you need advice, brilliant staff , helpful,polite and knowledgeable,and if they don't know something they find it out for you, once you use them you won't book anywhere else.

Booked another cruise with Carolyn At Travel Village, Cant say enough about her knowledge of cruise ships and travel, she will look after you and find the best deals for you. Got to say as well the rest of the team are also excellent and very knowledgeable and friendly. The back room staff also look after you making sure all documents and cruise transportation is given to you. Wont book anywhere else now

Excellent service from Sue Smith. All price ranges discussed so I could make an informed decision. I have booked cruises through Sue for a number of years and have never had any reservations about booking future cruises with her.
