I was staying in Lancashire over the May Bank Holiday & dropped my eleaf istick & it broke. As we were going to Lytham St Anne's for a drive out I googled vape shops. This store appealed to me. I was served by a very helpful & knowledgeable young lady. She gave advice on products I use & hadn't purchased from her. I would recommend this shop & give 10 if I could, for going above & beyond for me.

Initially went in for a replacement atomiser for an older model vape, but after chatting with the very friendly and knowledgeable lady behind the counter I decided to upgrade and buy a new one. The atmosphere of the shop is very warm and inviting, and this is due in no small part to the lady - I really should have asked her name - that served me. I must have spent a good twenty minutes in there just gabbing lol I'm not a native, mores the pity, of St Anne's but if I were then this shop would become a regular haunt of mine. Truly, I can't recommend highly enough this shop for anyone who's new to vaping or the more experienced.

Great customer service and wide range of products. Staff are always helpful and genuinely seem happy to welcome me. As I have said all staff are warm and friendly, especially Diane.
