Clean. But the heating wouldnt work on the radiators in the room even when turned up in the room yet the hallway was very warm and so was the radiators. It was absolutely freezing ! Tried ringing the number proved. Straight to voice mail no1 at all to at all not happy :( shame because nice room looked after but no staff anywhere :( cheap room but dont expect and warm night. Im
Freezing will stay again if they sort this out have better communication
