        My vacuum cleaner died. Id used it the day before and it was okay. I plugged it in next day and nothing was working. I took it to Value Vacs, Blackpool and in no time at all I received a call informing me it was fixed and at a reasonable price. He explained what the problem was and showed me it was working again. I would certainly recommend them if anyone else has a problem with their vacuum cleaner.

        Had a problem with my Shark Hoover and after troubleshooting online, I ended up calling Value Vacs for some help to get it fixed. The lady was very helpful and ended up not charging me anything, instead she advised me on how to approach contacting Shark, following her advice within 24 hours I had a new part posted to me by Shark which simply just clicks on and it sorted the issue. Genuine help/advice and would recommend if you've got an issue to give them a call.
