        Walked in got huffed and puffed at by the woman because I asked for a duvet service wash. The lady has a proper attitude so I walked out and said il take my business elsewhere and tell everybody I know too !

        Using this launderette is not going to be a warm, customer service experience. Customer service is extremely abrupt and aggressive. I asked simple questions and was barked at. If there were more clear instructions put on the machines about temperature, length of cycles etc alongside a 'change machine', it would mean you wouldn't have to interact with the staff, bring plenty of 20ps and 50ps. Service washes only available at 9.30am, so you need to get in early. I'll personally be going elsewhere, life is too short to be treated so badly.
