Went to book an appointment for my wife arrived at surgery at 07.50 opens at 08.00 20people queuing to get in to make an appointment with the doctor this is because you can't get through on the phone should be ashamed 70 year old couple been waiting outside since 07.30 luckily not raining absolutely disgusting
