Hi Nick I just want to say how grateful we were for your help recently. Nothing was too much trouble. Making sure that my husband was not left without a chair. This chair has been a life saver for him and has had no problems with his back since. Ordered from Nick with no hassle and no pressure. We ordered a lovely comfortable sofa which suited our needs exactly. Delivery was prompt on the given date which wasnt too long from date of order and nothing was was too much trouble. Nick was very easy to to deal with and I would highly recommend his products and service

Nick was fantastic from start to finish, we were unsure what we were looking for at first but nick showed us some beautiful fabrics and styles we hadnt seen before and we couldnt be happier having been recommended to him. Excellent service, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend symphony seating anbody else.

We have been looking for a new sofa since well before Christmas. We contacted Nick at Symphony seating and gave him an idea of what we were after. After looking at several samples and brochures we decided on a lovely corner sofa at a very reasonable price. We were told that it could be around 3 week delivery, but was at our home within 1 week. I would definitely recommend Symphony Seating.

We went to Symphony Seating because we'd renovated my elderly mother's house and she needed not just new furniture, but also hard-wearing 'orthopaedic' pieces that would support and assist her as she worked towards more independence. We'd already dismissed those companies that advertise on the TV and in the papers - they were ridiculously expensive, and a bit pushy. What we needed was an alternative that delivered on quality and value. Mum was also keen on not having an 'Old People's Chair'! I found Symphony Seating online. They were local to us, we were able to visit their showroom and see not only the range, but also the build quality. Nick - the owner - showed us around, sat Mum down on a comfy chair, and explained how his factory worked. Most importantly, he listened to what we needed. He was flexible and open to new ideas - and his prices were keen, to say the least. The quality of the build was impressive, too. We decided to go with him on the spot. We selected a chair, a matching two-seater sofa (something custom-built for us) and an ottoman. Nothing was a problem. Everything was 'do-able'. When they arrived, a few weeks later - and on time - Mum was thrilled. Not only were that exactly what we had envisioned, but they were comfortable, stylish and obviously durable. It was clear, too that the contemporary design we had chosen would provide both support and comfort for Mum - and her visiting family! She also loved the fact that he new living room didn't look like a care home! Within a week Mum decided she wanted some covers to go over the arm-ends and Nick sorted that out for us straight away. They fitted and matched perfectly. In short we can recommend Symphony Seating without reservation. The service and build quality is top-notch and they represent enormous value. They're also family-owned which means they're fully customer-focused which is a huge help in this delicate area. Thanks Nick!
