A huge thank you to Scott, Rick and Ethan. From the beginning Scott has been extremely helpful in helping us decide on our log burner and gas fire. He is very knowledgeable about a vast range of fires and nothing is too much trouble. There is no pushy selling, just guidance when asked! The fitting was done as scheduled by Rick and Ethan. Both great workmen, very professional and an excellent job. We are so pleased and impressed with both fireplaces and would whole heartedly recommend!!

Although it is a small shop the selection of fires is very good. Didnt order from here as the fitting charges were very expensive.

The team were efficient and professional from design to installation of our go eco 7kw woodburner. Many thanks, it's now working just fine.

Had great service from Scott and his team, very nice people who provided a professional service took the time to lay plenty of dust sheets during the installation and took all the rubbish away, they had to wait a while for the stove to come into stock but I guess that is just a sign of the times, so get your orders in quick!!! I would have no problems at all in recommending Scott and his team. Thanks guys see you in 12 months so you can give my chimney a clean.
