Oh Dear. A very heavily priced shop. Way more overpriced than even back in the day. Actually, goods are priced more than double than the average shop, online, and in physical stores. What's worse the old woman staff member, in the back of the store behind the door, thought I was a shoplifter. Shortly after entering the shop, and as I approached a quarter of the aisle, she pretended to mess around with the shelves. All the while I felt her eyes scrutinising my every move. As I turned to go around the other aisle. Up she popped, her eyes following me about, watching over the upper barrier. Her eyes staring directly into mine over the opposing aisle. And then, when she could see the counter clerk was watching, she hid. I am so sorry to disappoint you, however I have never shoplifted in my life. Hope you go bust. With your prices, it's only a matter of time...... Tick tick....

Personally I've almost always had good experiences here, but I've witnessed others receiving less than Stella service, plus sometimes the store has been closed with a note on the door during advertised opening hours....

What can I say , the staff are superb. The staff in this store are fantastic, they walk the perfect line between recommending products and overselling. They listen to your needs and offer some great product choices. Plus the shop is fabulous and I love the new Holland and Barrett look. I highly praise the store manager , he is devoted to his branch and a credit to his company.
