        Exceptional service and choice. I wanted a violin but didn't really know what I was looking for. I explained my situation and was listened to and understood very well. It was suggested I try a few in the practise room, which I agreed to and was brought some suitable violins to try. After narrowing it down, the ones I didn't want were taken away and replaced with others. I chose one I was very happy with, and some accessories I needed. It was all so calm and unhurried, with no sales patter whatsoever, and I have a wonderful violin.

        Had to take my double bass for a service and got the sound bar put back in place. They did an excellent job and were polite and friendly throughout - will be using them for any future needs I have
