Unable to provide courtesy car even though paying for it through insurance and whilst taking on the job of repairing my car it was said courtesy car available would have gone somewhere else still waiting after 3 wks

Chris was very friendly and knowledgable! We got to the root of the issue, replaced two parts at a reasonable price including labour on the same day. And the car feels great again! I felt immediately at ease with all the explanations given and will definitely return. The team there were all helpful, experienced and concentrated with their work. I'm surprised about the lack of reviews given how busy this garage is - and a busy garage is a reliable garage! Thanks for the pleasant experience!
