Ordered and havent received anything. Been ringing for days and the phone just rings, cant leave a message cos voicemail inbox is full. Emails are getting returned to sender. I want my money back! Basically robbing people! Just shut your site down! Dont order, this is your warning!

Disgraceful. Still taking money off innocent people when it seems the company has shut down. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE you will not receive any communication or products which you have paid for. Disgusting.

This company have shut down, the owner has disappeared, but are still taking money via their website and have been doing for months without sending out products. Their mailboxes bounce every email, their phoneline is dead. Do not buy from here.

Ordered back in October, website stated same day dispatch. TWO MONTH later and still haven't received my order or refund. PETER, which appears to be the owner of Candyswirl replied to me once early November claiming that there was a backlog & it would be dispatched next week, then stopped replying altogether. CandySwirls UK Ltd sells through several websites & I'm unsure why we are being treated like this - we specifically purchased from this company as we wanted to support other UK businesses instead of buying from one of the million distributors we could have purchased from - DO NOT BUY, YOU WONT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER! Over 200 down the drain.
