        Great Oven ..... until you need to replace the oven tiles and you find out no one can source them. When you try calling Alfresco direct you are filtered by a receptionist, and when they understand you are a consumer they divert you to an answering machine, and no one calls you back. So I have a 2 yr old 1200 pizza oven that cannot be used.

        We bought a Naples oven last year during lockdown and I have to say that its the best item I have ever bought for the garden. We ordered online on the Saturday with no fuss and the oven arrived the following Wednesday. The oven is a great thing to gather friends and family round on a Saturday night for a pizza and some drinks. Its even does a good job of the doing the Sunday dinner as well. All in all both the service and product from Alfresco Chef had been great and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

        We have had the Ember Wood Fired Outdoor Pizza oven for just under a year now and what a fantastic purchase it was! Always use it when the weather permits! Easy to assemble, store and use and the food is amazing. Also the customer service is second to none! Would definitely recommend this to anyone and use these guys and dont waste your time going anywhere else!
