Laura s group is awesome, Laura is so enthusiastic and passionate about SWand that shows from the moment you walk through the door. I was ready to leave SW but then I thought I would give another group a try and I d remembered Laura when she had stepped in to help out at the group i was in, I knew I had made the right decsion as Laura did not judge but helped me to realise I was nt alone in my slimming journey. Everyone is so friendly and we give each other help when needed and I know if I'm every unsure about anything Laura is there at the end of the phone. I would recommend Laura s group to anyone.

I can say for me this has been totally life changing, when I started with Laura I was type 2 diabetic & felt very uncomfortable how I felt I looked & physically as well, I beat my diabetes and have been taken off of all medication & the diabetes register too, I would strongly recommend that anybody who's looking to make a lifetime change considers joining, the help, support & encouragement not only from Laura but other members attending is invaluable.
