Nice woodland walk running alongside the train track from Lytham to Ansdell. Normally plenty of walkers and quite safe qith plenty of hidden bits to see along the way such as wood carvings and the horse of the late Clifton family was buried here. Can you find the grave stone?

Okay, no bikes what are people thinking these days.. too many dogs fouling in this wood. I think they got it wrong unlike us bikers were just rolling over the dirt not flicking it up like a dog. Jeez

Great little woodland walk by the railway and into Lytham, the scenic route! Great for taking the kids and for walking the dog as its away from the roads! Dog-friendliness: Many dog walkers here, just be careful your dog doesn't sneak under the fencing and end up on the railway track and can't remember how to get back
