I decided to ring this company due to the good reviews but how wrong was i.Someone came to measure for a blind six weeks ago.Got told it would be about 2 - 3 weeks due to him going on holiday which was fine.I rang up after the several weeks had passed as hadn't heard anything.The lady couldn't find any details and got told they would ring me back which they haven't. How they can treat customers this way is shocking and no explination why.Thankyou for wasting my time

I had lovely vertical blinds fitted in my conservatory, on my initial visit to the shop I was given a rough estimate of cost and arranged a day for measuring and pricing. Everything was very organised and my blinds were fitted about two weeks later with no fuss. The blinds are perfect and exactly what I wanted and were half the price quoted by another local company.
