Please do not waste your time and energy on this company. I ordered an expensive chair and was told 1-3 days delivery. Never received a receipt or shipping confirmation. Chair did not show up and company would not respond to webchat, emails and phone is off the hook. I eventually got a refund back from Paypal after a lot of messing about. This company does not have sufficient funds to do a refund. Paypal buyer protection refunded me. Please avoid these frauds.

Bought an Aeron, it arrived and hadnt been refurbished. Covered in dust. The gas lift was shot, and would lower over a period of around 5 minutes and the rear tilt mechanism would not lock in place, meaning it was always stuck in tilting mode. No response when raised the issue with seller. Would not recommend.

Do not expect clarity on timing / response from company. I have not heard anything in 2 weeks following purchase. No customer service and phones do not work. Have not even responded to a cancellation of order / refund request. Only route to recover money seems to be a charge-back. Not how you run a business...

Dishonest company that uses online local papers to pretend they are in a specific location when they are not. Their prices are also misquoted as when you contact them and ask for the person that is listed in their ads, that person is fictitious and they also add VAT and an extortionate delivery charge on top of the quote price which is not lawful.
