Lovely little sports shop. Reminds me of when I was a kid in the 80's.

This shop sold us a girl's blazer when we wanted a boys. The label said "boy's" on one side and "girl's" on the other, so had been labelled wrongly. When we discovered this the night before school started when taking the levels out, they refused to swap it, saying the fault lied with the factory. We are currently waiting to here back from Trutex. The fault lies with the shop, they sold wrongly labelled stock!! They are incompetent. When my Fiance telephoned to explain what had happened, the lady was extremely rude and spoke to him like dirt. We have five children between us and that is ALOT of money spent on uniform. We will no longer be frequenting this shop. We will take our money and custom else where. To the lady who thinks she can speak to people like dirt, you need to attend a course to develop your people skills!!!

Regarding the incident with the blazer. You sold me a girls blazer labeled as a boys.Quite clearly your fault.I found this out hours before term started.I spent 360 in your shop in July on Hodgson uniforms and a Grey Nicholls cricket bat more recently and for you to wring your hands of it is quite frankly disgusting. My son has had to start year 9 in a blazer from year 7. Ironically after me wasting half my working day liasing with Hodgson school and Trutex school wear directly you`ve now been told to replace it. I will never step foot in your establishment again. So keep your blazer i will buy the correct one from Hodgson school shop tomorrow and try to sell the girls one. There used to be a saying in business "Customer is always King". Maybe you should adhere to this adage.
