Smash It

Me and my wife left a review in regards to an order we made! Unfortunately there was some miscommunication and our order was cancelled! Luckily after a short while we were contacted by the owner and had a conversation about the confusion and he agreed to not only send us the order but for the order to be complimentary! We already loved the food (hence the 4 previous orders) but after the incident was resolved I couldnt recommend Smash it! more! Were regular customers and will continue to be!!

there was a hair in my burger and when i rang up they hung up!! DISGRACEFUL customer service!!!!! Would not recommend !!

Pretty solid. Friendly, professional staff. Food is made to order - some people might not like the wait, but food made fresh is a big plus for me. The burger was like a quality homemade burger, good bun, well seasoned beef, fresh toppings. The skin-on fries were cooked perfectly and lightly seasoned. Ways to improve? Meal deals are a no-brainer. Better sauce selection. Option of additional seasoning on the fries ie. cajun. I will say my burger was a little over and the patties were slightly dry. It was crumbling rather than juicy, which is unusual for a smash style burger. It was busy with orders going out, so I won't mark them down on it, but at these prices every burger should be spot on.
