Dreadful customer service! They fixed my living room curtain in April, and my curtain fell down about 10days ago during night time. So I rang them, Julie ask me to wait and she will try to get hold with the fixing guy. I have chased her a couple of times during the 10 days and today she told me I have to pay her to fix again!!! Only be 7 month, the pole fell out and she made me waited for about 2 weeks then told me I have to pay again to fix the curtain back?! She explained because my house is new built and thats why they not last for long!? Paid over thousands pounds for curtains with her, and she leave me without curtains before Xmas! I will try to post some photos later.
