        Asked a question on why some of there products were priced so high compared to other charity shops next door or across the road to which the woman replied well you should shop there and when I said that others were cheaper she bluntly said well they dont know what they are doing. This isn't the first time I have found there staff to be rude and I certainly wont shop there again in the cleveleys branch I will support the heart foundation from a different shop.
