        Took on our accident claim as a No-Win No-Fee, said our evidence was good - photos, witnesses, admission of liability by on-site manager - then caved and pulled out when the defendant decided to offer a denial. Wasted four months. A legal firm that apparently cannot argue a legal case. Quite pathetic.
