        Called the guy to ask about a house in Kirkham, when he found out the Mrs wasn't working he was very rude, got me of the phone immediately. I had a guarantor and 3 months rent up front he didn't want to know this though. I would recommend homeowners to not let this guy rent out your house out for you it will be on the market forever.
