Fantastic company to work for, staff are very well looked after by an excellent management team and the care delivered to the service users is absolutely outstanding very caring and compassionate carers who always go above and beyond for the clients. Carers are well looked after and always get the hours they need with sufficient breaks. Highly recommend this company

I have just celebrated my 3yr Aniversary working for Deltacare blackpool and can honestly say 17yrs working in the care industry and I've never been happier working for another care provider. I started out as care coordinator, a role which I absolutely loved but after maternity leave was devastated that due to childcare issues I would not be able to return to that role. My manager Kat and the company owners were amazing and so understanding making it possible for me to step down into a care role that suited my new availability and offered me the hours I needed to make it financially viable for me. I can honestly say that Deltacare as a family run business really do take care of their team and treat us all as family, i'm not just an employee number I feel like I matter and that I can go to them with any issue and they will do their upmost to help / support me. I can't wait to one day when the time is right continue my career progression with Deltacare. I'm here for the long haul.

Have worked for Delta Care for a little over a year now. Have enjoyed my time with Delta Care and the different roles that I have worked. Brilliant management team and office staff that have supported me throughout things beyond my control and offered me solutions to some personal problems that I have experienced. Have not worked for a company that has been so understanding and compassionate. 100% recommend Delta Care to all my friends and family.

Ive been with Deltacare since they took over the previous company i worked for and have been very happy in the different roles ive worked. I have always found our manager kat to be extremely supportive of myself and other team members nothings too big a problem and will always get resolved. I have a great reporte with all my work colleagues and service users. And in response to some reviews i have read it just appears to be sour grapes from somebody that didnt understand their contract.

Brilliant company to work for, hands down the best job I have ever had. Excellent family run business who really do care about their staff and make us feel like part of one big family and not just employees. Would recommend anyone to work for Delta Care.
