        Awful company, started off well but rapidly got worse. I ordered an induction kit and crossover pipe for my MK4 ST. The crossover pipe was sent after an email reply about hose colours (happy with this) - but the induction kit part of the order has not arrived and its been weeks. No more responses to my emails. Avoid this company at all costs. Do NOT buy from here.. Note to Simon - I will delete my review if you can either refund me or send me the other half of the order. If not - Im sure I can spend my whole Easter weekend letting everyone know in all car groups about my experience, oh and trading standards.

        Unfortunately very poor service, ordered some mintex brake pads in early December and despite emails, calls and messages to see where they are had no response. Have gone to my Credit Card issuer to get my money back. Wont be using again :(

        In May 2022 I bought a set of grilles for my sons ford car for his birthday unfortunately I ordered wrong colour phoned and emailed but no response so I sent them back hoping for a refund or contact Nothing. Stupidly ordered again in correct colour but when my son took them to a garage to be fitted they did and would not fit the car. So I phoned and emailed again but no response so I sent them back hoping for a refund or contact Nothing. So have lost 600 but Si Co development have gained. I would never use or recommend this company to any one !! Service: Body & Trim
