Used to be a brilliant charity shop but lately we've had to turn around and come out again. Volunteers always seem to have a certain friend sitting drinking tea at the back part of the shop so you can no longer view the items on the back wall and if you stand close enough all you hear is her slagging off customers who are looking at items and ones who choose to not buy something they've looked at which makes for unpleasant hearing. Maybe if volunteers want friends to come and see them at work they should be sat out the back. Now we look in and if she's in there we just go in the other charity shop next door who are lovely and polite, it's a shame as the most of the volunteers are lovely.
