We have bought both our grandchildrens prams from James Andrews, we are always made to feel so welcome the girls are fantastic they go above and beyond and they explain every little detail, they are so friendly I can honestly say we have had the greatest times going in there, thanks again for fantastic service.

Exceptional service every time I have been in this store. The ladies very friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond for me. No pressure, no lies to get a sale. Professional and pleasant from start to finish. The pram is probably the most expensive item you will buy and its exciting.... they make sure you feel that and you leave wanting to go back for more. I went into James Andrew and well what can I say this is the most honest and loyal company you will get the staff are amazing, My sister is due in October so we just went in to have a look we spent quite a long time having alook around with the staff and they made us feel so welcome , they were talking us through every pram and they would tell us the truth they bent over backward for us. The knowledge these girls have is second to none thank you girls for all your help and i would definitely recommend this company to anyone. X

I bought my new Joie i-spin car seat from James Andrew Prams. The staff were really knowledgeable and helpful. The car seat was ordered and arrived in store really quickly. Staff helped me fit the car seat to ensure I knew all the safety features. My little girl loves to spin round in her new seat.
