        Felt like stepping back into the 70s. Spoke to them on the phone, and they were not at all helpful. Two stars is generous enough.

        Absolute waste of time going there. Husband and I drove there. Walked in , no one else in showroom but lady on phone about noon today. Walked all over looking at mantles and fireplaces. She never said " I will be off phone in a minute/ How are you? / Can I help you? Nothing. ZIP!!! We continued while she repeated in the phone about 5 times " I am not a happy bunny" and that " They should train their STAFF BETTER!!! WHAT A JOKE. SHE IS THE ONLy one in there. The worker in there was not interested in us in the least. They obviously can afford to ignore business. Disgusted.

        Super customer service from both Ann and Graham. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful. Graham came out to assess our property to make sure it was suitable for chosen fireplace and gas fire then came to fit both. He did an amazing job and we are delighted. He was extremely courteous, left no mess at all and obviously takes pride in his work. No hesitation in recommending Whitegate Gas.
