        Never had a problem with the shop. I regularly come In with my mother and sometimes my friends. Had a factory issue with a toy once and was all sorted by the next day , all the staff are very friendly and helpful no matter what the situation.

        Called in the morning to enquire about bra fittings. Was told they were available if I avoided coming into the shop at 'dinnertime'. I arrived at 2pm to an empty shop with 2 staff working and was told they couldn't do it because there weren't enough staff. The lady told me to come back around 3-4 ISH! I arrived no more than a few minutes after 4pm and was then told it could not be done as there were too many people in the store and I had arrived a few minutes after 4. I'm sorry but if I had arrived a few minutes before 4 there would have been people in the shop so why be unable to do it when the shop is empty also? Seems like they just couldn't be bothered doing it to me. Very unhelpful and unpleasant staff.
